I did like some parts of the site, so it wasn’t all bad, but trying to change my subscription was annoying. the cancel option wasn’t obvious at all, and support took longer than I expected to get back to me. Not the Worst experience ever, just really frustrating

I tried using a coupon code on skylineonline.net and, uh, it just wouldn’t go through at checkout. There wasn’t any clear explanation or helpful error message, it just kept failing. Frustrating after spending time picking stuff out. I don’t think I’ll bother ordering from there again.

"Pretty much exactly as described"
It showed up just like the description said, which I always appreciate. The size and little details were accurate, and there weren’t any weird surprises. Even if there were a tiny imperfection or two, nothing stood out enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Pretty legit overall"
I used skylineonline one time and it seemed legit to me. The checkout felt normal, I got the emails like I was supposed to, and nothing really came off as sketchy. It did take me a little bit to find some info I needed, so I’d probly give it 4 stars overall.

"Support came through, just took a bit"
I was a little frustrated waiting longer than I expected for a reply, because when I need help I kind of want that reassurance quickly. To be fair, Skylineonline did get back to me and they answered my question clearly, so I felt better once it was sorted. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the response time had been faster.

I was hoping to customize a few simple things, but the options were really limited. I kept clicking around thinking I was missing something, but there just wasn’t much to choose from. felt like a waste of time and energy, and I ended up not ordering.

They do have some decent products to choose from, so I’ll give them that. But I expected more options in a few categories and ended up having to slow down and be patient when I really just wanted to find what I needed and move on. It’s not terrible or anything, just kind of average overall

"Charged me, but not much to show for it"
I gave skylineonline.net a try, but it felt way too expensive for what I got. I was charged quickly, yet I didn’t really see much progress or any clear updates after that, which was frustrating. Nothing was a complete disaster, but for the price, I expected a lot more. There are cheaper options out there that seem to offer the same thing, so I probably wouldn’t use it again

I sent my return back weeks ago and I’m still having to chase them for the refund. It’s really frustrating, and I’ve lost trust in them at this point. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"A decent checkout, but the payment choices felt like the plot twist"
skylineonline.net worked fine for me overall, so it wasn’t some shopping nightmare or anything dramatic like that. But when I got to the payment part, that’s where the suspense kicked in a little. The options felt limited, and I found myself wishing there were a few more ways to pay. I still managed to complete everything without a major problem, so it wasn’t a disaster. Just kind of one of those “okay, I guess this works” moments. Not bad, not amazing.

"Box showed up completely smashed"
Like I said, the box came totally smashed and looked like it had been through a lot. It was crushed, half open, and the stuff inside seemed like it had just been tossed around. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, just basic care with the shipping. Disappointing.

"Rewards are decent, but could be better..."
I’ve used skylineonline.net a handful of times now, and the loyalty rewards are okay -- not bad, just not super exciting either. The points do add up eventually, but it feels kind of slow, and a few of the rewards don’t really work for me. Still, it’s nice to get a little something back after placing orders! The site itself works fine overall, I just wish the reward options were easier to understand and a bit more useful.

The item looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it did in person. The color didn’t really match what was shown, and like I said, it just wasn’t what I was expecting. Like I said, I was kinda disappointed.

"Sizing felt really off"
I ordered a small, but it fit me more like a loose medium. I remember trying it on while still wearing one bright green sock for some reason, and the whole thing just looked way baggier than I expected. Definitely not the fit I was hoping for.

"Warranty was fine, but a little unclear"
I bought from Skylineonline, and the warranty was included, which was good. Some of the details just weren’t super clear to me at checkout, and support did get back to me eventually. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but the confusion felt avoidable if the coverage had been explained better upfront.

"Assembly guide made it way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I bought a unit from skylineonline.net, and maybe I’m just not the handiest person in the world, but the assembly guide really didn’t help. The diagrams were tiny, some of the parts didn’t match the labels on the sheet, and a couple of steps felt like they skipped ahead like I was supposed to magically know what happened in between.
It ended up taking me way longer than it should have, and I probably didn’t have the patience for it that day, but still, the instructions were rough. I reached out to support and they just sent me the same PDF again, which was useless. I don’t see myself buying from them again
